Kan jeg returnere dreads?

Yes, that is possible. If you are not satisfied with the colour, the length of the dreads or something else, you can exchange the dreads and/or other products. Needless to say, they will have to be unused and in the original packaging. You can send them back to us (address can be found at the link “about us”) and will receive other products in return. If that is not what you want, we can give you a refund. Make sure to include a note in the return shipment with your information, the invoice, order number, invoice number, address and what you want in return. Don’t forget to include € 5,95 in shipping costs, so we can send you your new products.
