General Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, you acknowledge your agreement with the delivery and payment terms. If you receive items you did not order, please inform Dreadshop of the situation. Any errors should immediately be reported to Dreadshop
DEFINITIONS
1.1. Selling party is Dreadshop, hereafter known as Dreadshop, this company is part of Dreads & Braids, located in Roelofarendsveen.
1.2. Client is understood as: the person on whose instruction and behalf Dreadshop delivers goods and/or services.
1.3 Distance contract: an agreement under which a trader uses an organized system for the distance selling of products and/or services at a distance, making exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the time at which the contract is concluded.
1.4 Technology for distance communication: a means which can be used to conclude a contract, without the consumer and trader having to come together in the same area.
1.5 Grace period: the period during which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal.
1.6 Right of withdrawal: the ability for consumers to revoke the distance contract within the grace period.
DREADSHOP
2.1 Dreadshop is part of Dreads & Braids and is located at: Lasso-Zuid 15 B in Roelofarendsveen, Holland.

APPLICABILITY
3.1. These terms and conditions apply to all quotes and orders, as well as the acceptance of and subsequent delivery of work carried out by Dreadshop.
CHANGES
4.1. Changes to the contract and deviations from these terms and conditions will only apply if they have been agreed upon via e-mail between Dreadshop and the client.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
5.1 All rates and prices include VAT.
5.2 Payment can be made in advance via iDEAL, bank transfer or credit card. Post-pay is possible if products are picked up.
5.3 Payment of the agreed price should be made within 5 business days after an order has been placed.
5.4 If payment has not been made within these 5 business days, the order will be canceled and will not be delivered.
DELIVERY
6.1 Following payment, the products will be shipped as quickly as possible (no more than 3 working days) via TNT Post. Exceptions to this are custom orders, the delivery of which will be communicated via e-mail between Dreadshop and the client.
6.2 Dreadshop does not assume any responsibility for orders lost by shipping parties. Delivery delays by shipping parties, or any other form of damage cannot be recovered by Dreadshop.
6.3 Client will specify his/her order number when paying via bank transfer.
6.4 Dreadshop strives to keep as many products as possible in stock, but despite this effort, it is possible that a particular product/item is temporarily sold out. Dreadshop will communicate this with the client via e-mail. If a product is no longer available and the client does not wish to have a replacement product, the purchase price of that product will be refunded to the client within 10 business days.
The client will be informed accordingly.
FORCE MAJEURE
7.1 Force majeure on the part of Dreadshop exists in instances of fire, water damage, flooding or disability. All of the above applies equally to the Dreadshop company as well as third parties from which Dreadshop obtains necessary materials, in part or in whole, as well as for storage during transport, whether or not under own management, or any other causes which may arise that are beyond Dreadshop's control.
7.2 If delivery is delayed by more than one month due to force majeure, the order/assignment can be terminated. In such cases, Dreadshop will refund the full amount to the client.
CANCELLATION/RETURN/EXCHANGE
8.1 When purchasing products, the client has the opportunity to cancel the contract within seven business days without giving any reason. This period commences on the day following receipt of the product by, or on behalf of, the client. During this period, the client will handle the product and packaging with care. He/she will only unpack or use the product to a degree to which he/she can assess the product and determine if he/she wishes to keep the product. If he/she wishes to make use of his/her right of withdrawal, he/she will repackage the product with all of its accessories – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging and return it to Dreadshop, according to the clear and reasonable instructions provided by Dreadshop.
8.2 Upon receiving products from Dreadshop, the client has 7 business days to return products.
8.3 Tailor-made/customized products such as cyber and dreadfalls CANNOT be returned and fall outside the right of withdrawal.
8.4 Returns/exchanges or products must meet the following conditions:
- Products are unused and in the original packaging.
- There is a copy of the invoice or packing slip enclosed.
- Within 7 business days of receiving the order.
- Return form should be completed and enclosed.
- Shipping costs for returns are to be paid by the client.
- For exchanges, shipping costs must again be paid for sending the products.
Returns will not be accepted more than two weeks after delivery.

DREADSHOP DISCOUNTS
9.1 Dreadshop regularly has discounts and promotions. The client can use a discount code to take advantage of these discounts and promotions.
9.2 One discount code may be used per order; the use of multiple discount codes is not permitted. Should this occur, Dreadshop will be forced to cancel the order and refund any payment.
DAMAGE AND LOSS OF SHIPPED ORDERS
10.1 All items ordered from Dreadshop are part of a so-called 'shipping contract'. Dreadshop's responsibility for delivering goods is met when the order is delivered to the shipping party. All claims for damage or loss will be made to the relevant shipping party. Should your order become damaged or lost, inform Dreadshop so Dreadshop can assist you in the process of such a claim.
DISCLAIMER, JURISDICTION AND MODIFICATIONS
11.1 Dreadshop makes no declarations or guarantees regarding the operation, contents, materials and products displayed on this website. The use of this website is at your own risk.
11.2 Dreadshop does not guarantee that e-mails or other communications that originate from these websites are free from viruses or harmful components. We are not liable for damages of any kind, whatsoever, which may arise after using this website.
11.3 When you visit Dreadshop, you agree to the general terms and conditions of this website.
11.4 We reserve the right to make changes to our website, our policies and our general terms and conditions.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
12.1 Complaints regarding the execution of the contract should be made to Dreadshop promptly, fully and clearly described and submitted, after the client has detected a fault. This can be done via e-mail:info@dreadshop.nl
12.2 Complaints made to Dreadshop will be addressed within a period of 10 business days from the date of receipt. Should a complaint seem to require a longer processing time, Dreadshop will respond within the 10 business day period with an acknowledgment of receipt and an indication of when the client can expect a more detailed answer.
12.3 When products are returned due to a complaint, this should be done within 7 business days after this agreement, unless otherwise agreed upon. When dreads have been on the client's head, they should be washed before returning.
